Co-Development With DeskPOD for Motorola MPC860 PowerQUICC Processor

This application note describes the use of the DeskPOD modeling system with the Motorola MPC860 microprocessor. The paper introduces the basic concepts of the DeskPOD hardware modeling system and explains how the MPC860 is configured for co-development. Finally, the results of hardware simulation are examined and cross-referenced with the actual software running of the MPC860 System.
