USB TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT

The JSB-440 Temperature Module facilitates digital I/O temperature measurement from any USB. This module offers a new level of control for general-purpose temperature measurement applications.

It communicates with DS-1820 temperature controllers and is controlled from a host computer using USB-compatible programming language. The JSB-440 supports up to 30 DS-1820 controllers and automatically identifies DS-1280 IDs.

With an accuracy of ý0.5ýC, the moduleýs measuring range is ý15 to 105ýC. Operating range is ý40 to 85ýC.

The device uses a 1-wire interface for communications. Two Darlington outputs and two 5-V inputs are included. A Windows-based driver and a USB cable are provided.

Cost for the board-only version is $75. A module packaged in a case is $89.
