TRANSMIT DATA
Task 4, shown in Figure 4, waits for
the Enter key to be pressed before sending the line of keyed-in data.
While the data is being transmitted, setting the kb_disable
bit inhibits the keyboard-scanning task. After a delay of 2 s, the
line is blanked and the keyboard scanning is enabled again.
