Development Board
The PIC16F877
Development Board is the latest in a series of development boards
for the most common micro-controllers. This board includes an on-board
PIC16F877, which can be programmed in-circuit via a standard PC parallel
port. The board features, sockets for real-time clocks, EEPROMęs,
RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 communication and LCD units. Similarly, all port
pins are available through headers for easy connection, to external
circuits.

The board comes
fully assembled and includes download software and a manual. The board
is ideal for testing and developing new applications, it can also
be used as a controller in a more permanent application. All power
supply components are included together with a 4.0 MHz crystal, requiring
only the addition of a 9-12 VDC plugpack for operation.
