Thomas Richter got his master degree in engineering at the University of Ulm, Germany and the NJIT, Newark, USA. He is the marketing manager for AVR Microcontrollers at Atmel Corporation in San Jose. He began his career as an FAE in Munich, Germany and then became AVR product marketing manager. Prior to Atmel, he was employed as cellular phone designer at Siemens headquarters in Munich.
