This month, Iým back to thinking about
ones and zeros again. However, Iým going to take a slightly different
route and use them to represent the intensity of each pixel in a digital
image. Performing operations on the binary data that makes up an image
is referred to as image processing, and I am going to show you the
basic operations typically performed on an image.
