Flash Storage and Analysis

An innovative and cost-effective solution to data logging and test applications is the Byte Bucket. The Byte Bucket system provides a compact, simple solution for data collection and testing where small size and low power are critical factors.

The reusable flash memory is reliable and easy to transport and use. For test applications, the device has extreme flexibility. It may be used in a stand-alone test application by taking measurements via the analog channels. And, the device can be partnered with existing test equipment to provide storage of data via the RS-232 ports while adding eight analog channels. Data can be imported into most Windows applications or analyzed with software.

Applications include SCADA, wastewater monitoring, program loading, factory floor data collection, instrument data capture, and test result analysis. Model BB8 has eight analog inputs, two analog outputs, and two RS-232 ports. Model BBI includes one RS-232 port; BB2 has one RS-232 port and one RS-232/485 port; and BBB has one RS-232/485 port and one A/D port.

The Byte Bucket costs $399. Quantity pricing is available.
