Mr. Leiseboer graduated from the University of Sydney with a Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1979, and has been employed by several companies including the Overseas Telecommunications Commission (Australia), Hewlett Packard, Plessey Pacific Defence Systems, QPSX Communications and Boeing Australia Limited. He currently works for RSA Security Australia in the position of Engineering Manager. Mr. Leiseboer also runs a consultancy company specialising in development of communications hardware, software and COMSEC products, is Technical Director of Living Business Systems (Australia) and an advisor to QPSX Communications."
