Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX1917, which generates DDR memory termination voltages (VTT and VTTR) within 1% of 0.5VDDQ for use in servers, notebooks, and desktop computers. STMicroelectronics introduced the world's first DSP System Memory (DSM) device. Developed in conjunction with Analog Devices, the DSM2180F3 integrates a large Flash memory, a PLD (Programmable Logic Device) block, I/O ports and essential interface and logic functions, which together provide a complete system memory solution for the Analog Devices ADSP-218x family of DSPs. Cypress ships 10-Gbps 3.3 V FIFOs
Cypress Semiconductor (NYSE:CY) today announced production shipments of the 3.3 V versions of its x36 First In/First Out (FIFO) high-performance memories targeted at communications applications.
