Beta Dyne Announces 5W High-Voltage DC/DC Converters in 24-Pin DIP

Beta Dyne announces the release of a new series of 5W high-voltage DC/DC converters in a 24-pin DIP configuration with industry standard pinouts. Besides accepting the industry standard nominal inputs of 24 and 48Vdc, the 5W converters also accept a nominal 120Vdc (with a range of 75-142Vdc). Highlighted by their wide input voltage ranges, these converters are applicable in high-voltage power amplifiers, micro-machine drivers, micro-mirrors and piezoelectric transducers. Outputs can be single, dual or dual isolated, and range from ý120Vdc. Custom input and output requirements can also be accommodated. Additional features include efficiency up to 93%, total input-to-output isolation, short circuit protection, thermal protection, soft start, 2mA off-state current, metal case and six-sided shielding. Units are available 4-6 weeks ARO. Pricing is $25.50 each in OEM quantities.
